Terms of Service

This website is operated by RAZR Fightwear. Throughout the website, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to RAZR Fightwear.

By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these policies. You must use the website lawfully and must not attempt to interfere with its security, functionality or availability.

Products

We aim to display product colours, materials, sizing and details as accurately as possible. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen and lighting conditions.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in GBP unless stated otherwise. The total price, including applicable delivery charges, will be displayed before payment is completed.

Orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We may cancel or refuse an order where there is a pricing error, suspected fraud, stock issue or other legitimate reason. If payment has already been taken, the affected amount will be refunded.

Discount codes

Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash and may be subject to expiry dates, minimum spending requirements and product exclusions. Unless stated otherwise, only one discount code may be used per order.

Intellectual property

The RAZR name, logos, graphics, product designs, photographs, written content and website materials may not be copied, reproduced or used without written permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Shipping Policy

Order processing

Orders are normally processed within [1–3 BUSINESS DAYS]. Orders placed during weekends, public holidays or product launches may take longer.

United Kingdom delivery

Estimated delivery: [2–5 BUSINESS DAYS] after dispatch.

Standard delivery: [£4.99]
Free delivery on orders over: [£35]

International delivery

We currently deliver only within the United Kingdom.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once the order has been dispatched.

Incorrect addresses

Customers are responsible for checking their delivery information before placing an order. Contact us immediately if an address needs correcting. We cannot guarantee changes after dispatch.

Delayed or missing orders

If an order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, contact us at RAZRfightgear@gmail.com with your order number so that we can investigate.

Returns and Refunds

Change-of-mind returns

For eligible online purchases, you may notify us that you wish to cancel within 14 days after receiving your order. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Returned products should be unworn beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them, unwashed and returned with their original tags and packaging wherever possible.

Starting a return

Email RAZRfightgear@gmail.com with:

• Your full name
• Your order number
• The product being returned
• The reason for the return

Do not send a return until you have received return instructions from us.

Return postage

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return postage unless we state otherwise. We recommend using a tracked service and retaining proof of postage.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect products

Contact us as soon as possible if your product arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photographs of the issue. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow [5–10 BUSINESS DAYS] after processing for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

Exceptions

Personalised products and certain sealed products that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons may be excluded where legally permitted. Any exclusion will be clearly stated on the relevant product page.
